User Management

User Management

  • Click on User management, you are redirected to the next page.
  • You can add users in your company by clicking on Invite User button next to Users.

  • When clicked on the invite user, it navigates to Add user page and enter the user details and click on submit button.

  • Enter Name, Email id, Select Company for which you want to provide access to and the level of access.
  • You can provide Read only, Read & Write and Admin access

  • In the above screenshot, a user by name test is added in the Qualzz Company with an options to edit and delete the user.
  • A verification email link will be sent to the user email id with the temporary Username and Password.
  • When the user clicks on the email link, then the user is navigated to the login screen of the site.
  • In the username and password fields the user has to enter the temporary username and password and click on login button.
  • When clicked on the login button, the user lands on the dashboard screen.
  • Later on, the user can change the password by clicking on change password in the Account Settings
